JAMES R. STEWART of Marshfield is a Business Development Manager with Plymouth Rocket, Inc. of Plymouth, MA, a company that develops web based software applications. He has managed residential and respite programs for the Departments of Mental Retardation and Mental Health and several private agencies. He serves on the Board of the South Shore Community Action Council, is a Deacon at his church and also serves on its Fellowship Committee. Jim serves as Clerk and he is on the Personnel Committee.
