JOHN H. SPURR, JR. of Scituate is President of A. W. Perry, Inc., a real estate management, development, and investment company. He is a Director of Independent Bank Corp. and its banking subsidiary, Rockland Trust Company. Jack is the 2011 Chairman of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, past president of both the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Building Owners and Managers Association of Boston. He is a director and treasurer of the Downtown Boston Business Improvement District and a director of the Boston Municipal Research Bureau. Jack is chairman of the board and serves on the Finance, Leadership and Building Committees.
