SUSAN DAILEADER joined the Friendship Home Board in 2011 after having served on the Golf and Gala committees. Susan has served as Chairperson of the Leadership Committee since 2010. Susan is a Vice President and Financial Consultant with Rockland Trust’s Investment Management Group, responsible for business development in Plymouth County. Ms. Daileader began her career in financial services in 1983 at Bank of Boston and has also worked for Shawmut, Fleet and Columbia Funds Management, holding positions in relationship management, product development and marketing. Ms. Daileader has a B.A. from the University of Vermont, the designation of Certified Financial Planner™, and holds a Certification in Long-Term Care (CLTC). She also holds the Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. Ms. Daileader is an active member of the community through her work with the Friendship Home, South Shore YMCA, South Shore Hospital and the South Shore Chamber’s Women’s Business Connection Steering Committee. She resides in Scituate with her husband, Mark and two teenage sons.
