Travel Club

The Friendship Home Travel Club program offers opportunities for older teens and adults to participate in outings that enrich their field of experience. Travel Club takes groups of 6-15 individuals on excursions each month. Friendship Home offers several day and evening activities as well as one weekend or week-long vacation each session. Included among these dynamic and exciting adventures are: dinner theater, sporting events, regional site seeing outings, and a weekend hiking in the mountains.

Friendship Home has also launched a Travel Club for Young Adults. Young Adult Travel Club outings take place three times per month with plans for additional excursions during school vacation times. Our Travel Club program is overwhelmingly popular; each excursion has been fully booked and some have had wait lists. Travel Club currently serves 40 individuals, 25 of whom are Friendship Club members.
